How would you describe your time with the Carrie Lingo Team? Have you already had any particularly notable experiences?
I have loved my time with the Carrie Lingo Team since the moment I joined. It’s so fun to be part of such an ambitious, successful, and all-around exciting team.
How did you know the Carrie Lingo Team was the right fit for you?
Upon my first meeting with Carrie, of course! Anyone who knows Carrie knows that her enthusiasm and devotion to real estate is contagious. I wanted to be surrounded by that energy and continue to advance my own career.
How do you think the Carrie Lingo Team differs from other real estate teams?
The Carrie Lingo Team truly puts the client first. We are always striving for ways to serve our clients at an optimal level. We aren’t afraid to put in the work and are always open to learning new ways to better ourselves. We support each other, which can be hard to find elsewhere in our competitive industry.
When did you know you wanted to work in the real estate industry? Is the Carrie Lingo Team your first real estate experience, or have you previously worked in the industry?
I decided to get my real estate license after managing some family properties in Rehoboth Beach. I got my real estate license in 2016 and was with two different brokerages that first year until I found my best fit!
Where did you go to college?
The University of Delaware. Go Blue Hens!
What is your favorite activity when outside of the office?
I’m big into strength training, especially on the beach when possible! Otherwise, I love spending time with my husband, Shawn, and our four rescue dogs.
If you could take a trip anywhere in the world, where would you go? Why would you go there?
Ireland. I’ve never been but have always wanted to. Shawn is Irish, and we would love to check out the country together!
Who is your personal hero or role model?
My brother.
