Our #LOVEWHEREYOULIVE Open House, held February 15 at our listing on 32 Club House Drive, was a great success! Highlights included complimentary fondue & Champagne, excellent company, and a gift card drawing for Avenue Inn & Spa!

We were also thrilled to participate in The Peninsula's Open House Extravaganza on February 16! Over 30 homes were available to tour, including two of our own. Team members Riess Livaudais and Sam Broadhurst were happy to host a multitude of guests at 24528 Wave Maker Drive and 33586 Windswept Drive, Unit 6407, respectively.
Riess's open house included Prosecco, mimosas, bagels, and Mardi Gras flair!
